Growing up, everyone has their own fantasy world that were almost indistinguishable between which was imagination, conscience or reality. After maturing into adults, we learned to become more rational with the world forsaking imagination to the realities of growing up.
“Give me my day” is the artist’s awakening of those childhood fantasies and is portrayed through a girl who lives in the real world but has created a world of her own to stay immersed in her fantasy. Ekarat wants to present this story in different contexts according to the situation.
